  • eCommerce Strategy – Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. You will be setting the eCommerce strategy and executing account specific initiatives. You will have direct accountability for the selling function with some of our retailers.

  • Collaboration – You are the connector from eCommerce to our customers. You will work closely with your account leads to establish eCommerce relationships with existing customers, including setting strategic priorities and evaluating opportunities.

  • Marketing & Media Influence – You will be partnering with the Marketing team to evaluate media investment opportunities, influence key brand messages, influence content creation, and ensure implementation of consumer and shopper programs. The more creativity and fresh thinking, the better.

  • Global Partnerships – We are a global player in our industry and you will have the ability to influence by sharing best practices and inputting strategic priority development with your global counterparts.

  • Metrics & Data – As the expert, you will provide analytical guidance to the team specific to shopper trends, trade investment, and other sales metrics. You will also work with the commercial team to deliver quarterly GSV, NSV, & trade commitments.



  • University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or other related field

  • Experience in the Consumer Products Goods (CPG) industry

  • Demonstrated eCommerce experience and a passion to learn further insights in this space

  • Excellent collaboration and communication with the ability to interact with multiple functions and act on conflicting priorities

  • Strong leadership skills, related to sales and/or marketing

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with and influencing senior leadership, internal and external

  • Analytics experience, with the ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable insights

  • Understanding of media programs related to brand awareness and messaging

  • Entrepreneurial spirit for developing the position and engaging the sales and marketing organizations

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audience effectively

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

  • Experience working in a matrix environment and in leading peers and key project groups

  • Highly creative, collaborative and persuasive style

Bonus Points:

  • Demonstrated Sales Experience in Canada

  • Mix of eCommerce, shopper marketing, and sales experience

  • People management experience

  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment with many stakeholders
