HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
CRM Expertise – Reviews and maintainsaccount teams baseline volume and every day trade spend allowances inCRM/TPM. Ongoing support to account team as they maintain customer plansin CRM/TPM with increased support provided during the yearly planningcycle.
Communication & Collaboration – Buildsstrong relationships and organizational understanding both within the KCIbusiness as well as within that of the customer’s business with a focus tosynergize the two together to meet/exceed business targets. You will keepstakeholders informed across multiple functions of progress and requirementsneeded to optimize the corporate playbook within the customer’s businessenvironment.
Analytical Mindset – Reviews and analyze the businessusing A.C.Nielsen, Shopper Data and Cornerstone (RGM Software) to developbusiness solutions and growth strategies
Creating Accurate Reports – Providesmonthly reporting and support to account team to meet IBP and DRP forecastingdeadlines
Increasing Brand Visibility – Prepares anddelivers persuasive selling stories grounded in shopper insight to inspireactions within the customer’s business to achieve the category goals of both(KCI & Customer)
Budget Management – Responsible to manage theallocated trade spend rate to optimize net sales and gross profit.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
University undergraduatedegree or equivalent work experience
Experience in direct sellingat retail store level or equivalent retail environment preferred
Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal
We need your stronganalytical, organizational and time management skills
Are you a strong teamplayer We need you!
Strong knowledge of MS software, SAP and customized systems withsolid financial acumen
