Kellogg Customer Service & Collaboration Sr Team Leader in MONTERREY, Mexico

Grow with us as Customer Services & Collaboration Sr Team Leader in the Kellogg LA Team. In this position, you will be responsible for drive value creation in joint Supply Chain through customer collaborative strategic programs and interdisciplinary Kellogg teams.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In this role, you will be part of our success by:

  • Lead Customer interdisciplinary team to create joint value while improving service level and On-shelf availability and gross sales with customers.

  • Integrate commercial input to CS&L and customer replenishment system (GRS).

  • Contribute to create commercial plans in collaboration with Customer Supply, customer development managers & demand planning area.

  • Responsible for service level (FR & OTIF), on shelf availability (OSA), phantom inventory (theory vs physical), days on hand dispersion, lost sell out and portfolio adherence.

  • Develop Customer Engagement programs.

  • Provides input to Demand planning through sell-out forecast assuring product availability and perfect store execution.

  • Lead “Integrated Commercial Business Plan”(ICBP) for CS&L.

  • Lead Customer & Kellogg business review:

  • a) Logistics and replenishment Join Business Plan (Customer JBP).

  • b) 30-60-90 meetings.

  • c) Logistics Top to Top Meetings.

  • Lead Pay Per Performance program for national accounts

  • Analyze and identify opportunities through the advantage reports to established action plans.

  • Develop CS&L 3 year strategy plan.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

Required:

  • 3 Years’ experience as CPFR Head

  • Forecasting experience

  • Knowledge on Customer Development.

  • Experience working with Modern Trade Customers

  • Fluent English

  • Excel
