We have an opening for you to grow with us as a Lead Application Developer – Sales and E-commerce.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As the Lead Application Developer for sales and e-commerce, you will provide technical leadership for the implementation of technology solutions in support of the Company’s digital transformation strategy. You will build, transform and enhance systems and capabilities that align with enterprise standards, take into account the existing landscape, recommend and implement technically sound solutions that successfully deliver results that are aligned with business objectives.

Collaborate with thebusiness: You’ll work closely with clients, business analysts and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions for the sales and e-commerce group. These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and are in compliance with the organization’s architectural standards.

Application Development: You’ll be involved in the full systems life cycle, responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing and supporting application software delivering on time and within budget.

Architecture designinput: You’ll participate in component and data architecture design, technology planning, product evaluation, advanced testing processes and buy vs. build recommendations. Also provide input to project plans related to the application development initiative.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required Skills:

  • HighSchool Diploma or GED

  • Applicationprogramming and system analysis/design experience implementing solutions like Salesforce, SAP Commerce Cloud,Salsify, DAM, and PIM.

  • Comprehensive and thorough knowledge of Digital asset managementand syndication, B2B platform.

  • Broadlevel of understanding surrounding information systems and applicationarchitecture standards.

  • Demonstratedability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes that spanmultiple business areas, identify and understand requirements, and developalternate solutions.

  • Experiencedesigning, developing and testing applications using proven or emergingtechnologies.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communications skills

  • Experiencemanaging and prioritizing needs across IT projects

  • Experienceworking with global teams, vendor teams

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’sDegree in a related field

  • Experienceimplementing and/or supporting technology solutions in the area of DigitalMarketing

  • PMP,Agile (CSM, ACP, SAFe) or similar Certification

  • Lean/Six Sigma Certification
