Maintenance Reliability – We believe in continuous improvement and strengthening our operations each and every day. You will be working collaboratively with the Maintenance and Operations teams to ensure resources are effectively focused on increasing reliability.
Strategic Thinking – Having an Owner’s Mindset and Agility is key to your success! You will use strong problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and mitigate maintenance issues. You will be in charge of planning, scheduling, and executing planned and predictive maintenance activities
People Management – You will be a leader that others will rely on. You will be supervising Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Planning, and any Maintenance purchasing or store personnel.
Metrics Driven – With your metrics and success driven vision, you’ll be driving key performance indicators related to reliability along with updating Equipment Maintenance Plans based on the data you analyze.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma or GED and extensive experience in a manufacturing setting with maintenance / planning supervision and/or management experience
Proven track record establishing Safety Programs for Maintenance teams that have consistently delivered benchmark results
Ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the operation to ensure improved collaboration and deliver results
Ability to motivate, guide and develop employees in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated background of large scale planning experience
Experience implementing best in class maintenance programs and strategies (TPM, RCM, Predictive and Preventative Maintenance)
Bachelor’s degree specifically in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical)
Familiarity with working on packaging machines, a background in processing
Extensive knowledge in manufacturing MRO systems
Substantial experience in SAP PM
Experience within the food and beverage industry
Strong background in reliability systems and reliability technology
Experience in a department or plant turnaround situation
Experience participating in lean manufacturing events as well as high performance organization experience
