A great opportunity has arisen in our Sales team for a Key Account Manager for Specialty Channels. With a strong background in Account Management, your expertise, drive and resilience will enable you to provide a full service to customers, developing and implementing strategies and plans. You will be targeted to achieve company volume, net sales and share objectives. You will leverage your Account Management skills to further build our customer relationship.
We’re looking for an individual who has a real passion for what they do, to develop strong relationships, someone who can support and guide them to make the best decisions. This is a highly visible role in our Sales team based on the growth opportunities within this channel – a great opportunity to achieve amazing results based on your drive and tenacity.
About the role:
You will be a part of our success by:-
Delivery of budgetobjectives & financial management
Oversee accurateand effective management of Trade Investment for our snacks & saltyportfolios
Execution ofbusiness programs
Execution ofincentive based & promotional programs
Customervisibility & performance
Working closelywith our field selling team to drive execution of programs
Skills, experience & attributessought:
Have a successful FMCG Sales background, with good currentknowledge and exposure to Food Service would be ideal
ExcellentAccount Management skills alongside solid leadership, strategic vision,planning and execution ability.
Strong negotiating skills and computer literacy are pre-requisites(sufficient proficiency in all MS office applications as well as SAP, BW andNielsen modules).
Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentationskills
