Kellogg Key Customer Analyst in PAGEWOOD, Australia

Forming part of a National Account Management team for our major retailer we are looking for an analytical expert to play a pivotal role in our integrated forecasting and business planning process for our well-known breakfast range.

Key responsibilities include:-

  • Coordinating andvalidating all key account inputs into monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasts Reportingon promotional efficiencies, conducting Customer Marketing Program analysis afterpromotional campaigns and events

  • Analysing andreporting on market, brand, base and incremental share of key accounts

  • Ownership of the monthly‘Metrics Scorecard’ communication across Key Brands, Accounts and channels

  • Assuming the roleof CRM expert user on key accounts

About you:-

We’re looking for someone with a hunger to learn & develop their career within FMCG. With a relevant business degree, you will bring with you exceptional planning & organizational skills – this is a fast-paced environment so it helps greatly to have these skills fine tuned! With great numeric skills with a high level of accuracy you will be comfortable in using excel to manipulate & report on numbers.

You will work cross functionally and communicate with colleagues internally and externally so strong written & verbal communication skills are a must.

Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role – Sales Analyst or Category Analyst and also looking to further your career in FMCG. This role will provide a great opportunity & environment to do so.
