As an Account Executive at Kellogg, you will use your stellar sales and planning experience to manage the relationship, and uncover unique opportunities to deliver incremental volume within the AWI account. On our team, we focus on great relationships – both with each other and our customers. With an owner's mindset, you will work with the field sales team to deliver market-leading customer plans and growth strategies, while managing trade dollars within assigned budgets, to execute customer specific trade plans.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
BA/BS Degree OR high school diploma/GED plus significant related experience
Frequently demonstrated sales experience
Ability to develop, present, and execute customer plans
Experience managing trade dollars within assigned budgets
Ability to understand market dynamics, forecast results, and analyze and interpret data
Strong understanding of trade strategy, retail operation, and negotiation skills
Effective written and oral communication, track record of success
A flexible work schedule, including the necessity of approximately 30% domestic travel
Motor vehicle history with 2 or less moving violations within the last 36 months
Experience calling on buyers and category managers at the headquarters level
Sales experience within the Wholesale channel
