Kellogg Finance Professional Jr. in QUERÉTARO, Mexico

Grow with us as Trade Spending Professional , in this position you’ll be responsible for analyze and validate that requests related to Allowances are in compliance with Corporate Policies and Internal Controls. Perform analyses, reports for management and execute activities related to allowances in order to provide high quality services to internal clients. Supports creating alignment in the team, supervises deliverables and represents a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in projects related with the process.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In this role, you will be part of our success by:

  • Analyze and validatethat requests related to Allowances are in compliance with Corporate Policiesand Internal Controls.

  • Perform analyses,reports for management and execute activities related to allowances in order toprovide high quality services to internal clients.

  • Support creatingalignment in the team, supervise deliverables and represents a Subject MatterExpert (SME) in projects related with the process.

  • Challenge currentprocesses to identify standardization, simplification or automationopportunities on the daily activities.

  • Analyze and validatethat requests received from Customer Development team through Trade SpendingTool (TAT) to ensure these are in compliance with Corporate Policies andInternal Controls.

  • Perform analyses andreports such as reconciliations between TAT and SAP, allowances previews priorclose process, close process reports and accruals follow-up, among others.

  • Support creatingalignment in the team, coordinate deliverables such as SOX law requirements(Internal Control rounds, Management Representation Letter report), provideinformation for Internal Audits, supervise deliverables and represent a SubjectMatter Expert (SME) in projects related with the process.

  • Challenge currentprocesses to identify standardization, simplification or automationopportunities on the daily activities and express findings, knowledge andexperience at different levels in the organization driving to improvementactions.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business-Related field

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Business-Related and 1 to 2 year of experience

  • Must have strong PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Desirable knowledge of SAP and other financial planning systems.

  • Must have strong analytical, leadership and communication skills and be detail and target oriented.

  • English: Intermediate
