Kellogg Shopper Insights Manager in QUERÉTARO, Mexico

Grow with us as Shopper Insights Manager in the Kellogg LA Team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing shopper internal and retail tools that help extract insights for internal customers. Shopper Insights Manager will work in partnership with Customer Development and Customer Marketing and internal and external partners in the development of strategies for all commercial touch points.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In this role, you will be part of our success by:

  • Represent the shopper POV across critical strategic decision-making

  • Deliver recommendations based on shopper and customer insights

  • Leverages on current services (i.e. Nielsen Store Observation) and studies (ILACAD, Shopper Equity, Solve, Odyssey) to deliver fact based insights

  • Identifies knowledge gaps of must have information that will enable category growth and customer engagement

  • Defines, designs and executes the shopper knowledge agenda in collaboration with local I&P

  • Establish protocols and action standards by research methodology

  • Identify and implement innovative methodologies to further the understanding of our shopper and its impact on sales

  • Evaluates and select external research suppliers and consultants

  • Enables organization to elevate Customer Engagement behind strong Shopper Insights to build brand strategies and category solutions

  • Build strong partnerships with leaders across Insights and Planning, Regional and Global teams, as well as regional Customer Development and Category Teams

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

Required:

  • Superior analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and attention to detail

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to develop concise and effective presentations tailored to specific audiences

  • Strong relationship building and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional teams

  • Experience in commercialization and go to market solutions.

  • Experience in study, design, management and application of syndicated marketing research databases and tools (Nielsen)
