In this position, you will be responsible to coordinate integrated marketing communications (IMC platforms) and engagement across brands at Kellogg Company and coordinate a World-Class Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) execution and support the KLA marketing categories (Communication planning & integration, Media /Agency Management/Production/Digital Technologies/Shopper Communication/Consumer understanding) in Mercosur.
WHAT WILLI BE DOING?
In this role, you will be part of our success by:
Provides guidance to ensuresroot cause analysis related to gaps detected on quality and food safetyprograms of food safety incidents.
Ensure & lead agencyintegration/collaboration among different agency partners across the region andact as an owner of the IMC development, coordination and deployment.Responsible for the Kube operation in Sao Paulo.
Align Media, Digital, Brandplanning, shopper communication with business priorities with an integratedvision across disciplines & platforms.
Manage and optimize digital& social capabilities and resources for regional brands support (Mercosur)
Ensure Kube (Social CommandCenter based in SP) structure and reporting designed to deliver against ourportfolio strategy and business results and manage social and insightsdevelopment.
Ensure Kube performance thatencourages the fullest support to the business while ensuring the optimum valueto brand reputation.
Oversee the performance of ourdigital programs, establishing KPI metrics approach as well as creating theprocess and focus category teams visibility in collaboration with I&P,Corporate comms and legal teams.
Establish and implementDigital Playbooks for Mercosur and provide on-going support to key initiativesaligned with Regional strategy
Push digital innovation andexperiential through working closely with both our creative, media, shopper, ITand PR partners and owners
Drive best practice in digitalefficiency and effectivenessorrective actions are established for keyidentified quality and food safety gaps.
Leads risk assessment and developingrisk management plans for Comanufacturers and open food copakers in order toensure products are safe to consumers.
Lead and guide closing gapswith comanufacturers related to FDA regulations to ones that apply.
Manage quality and food safetykey performance indicators applying action plans to gaps detected.
WHAT DO INEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Universitydegree. MBA or equivalent preferred (Digital or similar diplomas).
Quality andfood safety experience minimum of 3 years.
8-10years of business experience (Advertising/ Digital / Mkt)
Experienceleading Communication/ Digital Comms / Marketing with similar responsibilities(advertising/media/digital and/or shopper)
LAmarkets knowledge. (focus on Mercosur: BR, Arg, Ch, Ur, Par)
Advertising& communication integration expertise
Differentmarketing & communication Models
Workingand managing communication campaigns and platforms across the LA region
Ableto influence and manage complex work environment
