HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Completely integrated in our Supply Chain department, you and your team are the preferred contact for customers on customer service and logistical matters. You identify and implement logistics initiatives and projects that deliver added value for Kellogg's and its customers and you ensure the successful execution of the European Supply Chain strategy.
Lead and develop the key Kellogg Supply Chain and external customer’srelationships for Italy.
Identify, develop and lead implementation of customer service andlogistics related projects and initiatives that deliver value to Kellogg’s andour customers.
Ensure the effective execution of the European Customer Service andLogistics Strategy.
Ensure that Kellogg’s meets (as a minimum) and ideally exceeds allservice level targets of external customers and verifies Customer KPI’s withKellogg internal measures.
Manage the communication and issue resolution related to any servicelevel issues.
Support Sales Teams and Customer Service Team to guarantee an effectivemanagement of the operational excellence.
Identify (through working directly with customers and with localIndustry bodies), key supply chain priorities and trends.
Lead the end-to-end Customer Relationship through the local CustomerService Team (including order to delivery and customer service / logisticsalignment)
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Significant experience logistic and supply chain of FMCG in aninternational environment
Proven track record of implemented initiatives in the role of CustomerIntegration Manager/ Customer Engagement Manager with direct customer interface
Experience in Food Industry and / or Sales would be an advantage
Very Strong in driving results, winning with customers andcross-functional collaboration
Perseverance, takes the initiative, curious, autonomous, rigorous,structured, analytical
High level of knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint
People Leadership experience
Relationshipswithin the role
Member of Market Customer Service andLogistics Lead Team
Close links with Market Logistics Team
Work closely with Sales and MarketingManagers in the Market.
Work closely with Snr. Customer ServiceManager in the Area
Work closely with GBS teams locally and inBucharest
