Kellogg Insights & Analytics Director LATAM in United States

Leads the KLA Insights & Analytic teams to unlock the commercial value of advantaged insights driven through a deep understanding of data analytics & human behavior.

Directly leads a capability team focusing on integrated analytics and applied behavioral insights.

Supports the Category teams, the CCO, IBP and Integrated Marketing teams.

Owns talent management and competency development across the I&A function within the Region.


Integrated Commercial Analytics

RGM Analytics - Optimize RGM levers (price, pack, promo, mix, and trade) across brands, channels, and customers.

  • E-commerce Analytics - Enablegrowth with focused data analytics.

  • Business Drivers Analytics -Identify key business drivers and enable investment choices across teams.

  • Micro-Media analytics-Optimize targeting and effectiveness of plans and content.

  • Market Landscape &Performance Analytics - A holistic and consistent approach to identify marketopportunities and assess business performance

  • Market data strategy andsourcing.

  • Behavioral Science Insights

  • Occasion-based foundationaltools, measurement and discovery.

  • Lead and build behavioralproblem identification capability.

  • Lead and buildshopper/customer behavior framework and competency.

Deliver standard testing/tracking solutions (includes consumer panel)

I&A Functional Leadership - Leads Core Capability team, directs I&A priorities across KLA, accountable for talent development and career management.


Analytic solutions drive improvements in GSV/$ on trade and brand building investment

Behavioral insights are evident in commercial ideas and customer programs, and are delivering on business goals.

  • 15+ years of progressiveexperience in analytics and insights, with recent experience in datamodeling, predictive analytics and applied behavioral science.

  • 6+ years of seniormanagement/functional leadership experience with strong expertise in driving cross-functionalcollaboration and effectiveness.

  • Must have strong businessleadership skills

  • A proven record of drivinggrowth by applying analytics and insights

  • Track record of buildingcapability and developing organizational leaders
