HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Innovation Strategy – Providing leadership at key innovation discussions you will be responsible for leading key portions of innovation meetings, Project Work Requests (PWR) and launch management meetings (LAM). Representing the needs of the field sales team, you will provide their prospective on innovation launches by assessing potential ACV and the feasibility of projects.

Internal Optimization - Driving a strong alignment and partnership with the channel sales team together you will create new ideas and platforms for the Frozen Business. You will closely monitor and manage products through their life cycle. This position will be a key partner to supply chain on managing inventory and determining the feasibility of the item to launch in channels.

Business Insights – You will proactively seek and act behind insights and plans in effort to influence customer conversion. Translating shopper-based insights to customer specific activation programs will be key to your success.

Channel Strategy - In this position, you will focus on developing key strategic pillars around growing frozen channel customers. In developing channel strategies your goals will include driving core distribution gains and delivering the highest return on investment.

Project Management – Putting your project management skills to work you will frequently lead key Multifunctional Projects, which will drive Sales and Business Unit objectives. You will be accountable for chartering new projects, upon demand.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • High School Diploma / GED

  • Experience in Retail Packaged Goods with both direct selling experience and category management experience

  • Strong understanding of Nielsen data

  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, coaching, leadership and time management skills

  • Strong working knowledge of PC applications including MS Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) and email (MS Outlook) as well as the ability to work with customized software for tracking, financial analysis, etc.

Bonus Points:

  • BA/BS Degree

  • Experience in cross-functional roles within Packaged Goods and sales

We currently have two Manager, Customer Marketing – Channel and Innovation opportunities. These roles will focus on either our Frozen Breakfast or Veggie Business.

The ideal candidate will reside in the Battle Creek, MI area and will work daily from our headquarters office location

A flexible work schedule and the ability to travel up to 15% of the time is required
