WHAT WILL I BE DOING
Lead talent management & succession planning processes and ensure that HR processes and strategies are aligned with the European Kellogg standards.
Lead Employee Relations and Work Council negotiations.
Lead implementation of SC key projects, incl. network optimisation initiatives, and implement or develop new HR strategies to optimize the plant.
Lead KWS People Centre and change management across the site.
Ensure that the plant has the right number and mix of people (with the right knowledge & skills, available in the right place, time, and in the roles needed) to deliver optimal business results.
Lead and execute regular Organisational Health Assessment and drive improvements as needed.
Lead and coach team members regarding development and career options. Coach the Plant Leadership Team.
Participate actively in leaders standard work according to the plant calendar, including safety 7, golden 6, safety observations.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
Bachelor's degree in human resources of related field;
Proven experience in HR management, processes and policies;
Flexible, problem solving approach and strong team player;
Excellent strategic thinking abilities and effective communications strategies;
Excellent attention to detail and good numerical and strong analytical skills;
Experience at manufacturing plants;
Preferred Qualifications include:
Experience at large multi-national consumer packaged goods company;
Experience with HR Software in particular Success Factors;
