As Continuous Improvement Lead on the Kellogg manufacturing team, we want you to take a new approach on what otherwise might be status quo.   • Tools for Success - Leading the Phase Progression Campaign for KWS while coachingthe KWS center of excellence (COE) leaders and members while maintaining abalance between short term business delivery and longer term strategicpriorities and driving cost ideations and diagnostics

  • Drive Change with Continuous ImprovementEfforts - Driving High-Value Projects along with tracking the pipelineof identified projects for visibilityand Identifying process inefficiencies and sources of loss andcoordinates/facilitates activities using cross-functional resources toeliminate them

  • Strategize to Win - Continually collaborating with hourly personnel and supervisorsto identify and troubleshoot chronic and sporadic losses through dataanalysis

  • Impact Results - Extending the use of KWS improvement tools within Quality,Safety, and Food Safety and for supporting the Manufacturing Reliabilityprocess and driving standard work efforts and assists in the annualbudgeting process

  • Empower Efficiency with a New Angle - Buildingcapability in the Reliability Maintenance COE (Center of Excellence) teamto effectively plan, schedule, and execute work; installing and sustainingthe Breakdown Elimination and equipment classification systems.Additionally, Tracking sources of loss,improvements efforts and educates employees along with communicatingprogress

  • Empower Teams - Training and coaching KWS leadership and management skills forall plant employees and actively supporting the teams in the KWS/MRactivities coordinating closely with Regional KWS/MR Directors andassuring compliance to Corporate KWS Standards



  • A passion for improvement and thinking outside the box!

  • Proven experience leadingcontinuous improvement projects (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, KWS, IWS, HPO)

  • Exceptional ability to influence and leadcross functional teams across all levels of the organization

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Significant ability to manage complexity in any situation

  • HS Diploma/GED and experience in Continuous Improvement initiatives
