HERE’S A TASTE OF WHATYOU’LL BE DOING
Ensuring Performance Efficiency – You will be responsible formaintaining reliable function of utilities and facilities equipment suchas: HVACs, boilers, compressed air, Substations, MCCs, Waste WaterSystems, refrigeration systems (Ammonia), etc.
Preventative Maintenance – Performing basic troubleshooting, repairs andpreventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment along withinspecting failed components to determine Root Cause of Failures.
Following Best Practices – Understanding and executing Standard OperatingProcedures for all utilities equipment.Complying with all Kellogg Plant Safety Rules, OSHA Safety andHealth rules.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma, GED or InternationalEquivalent
Strong written & verbalcommunication skills
Proven experience working withelectrical circuits with voltages up to 480volts
Proven ability to work wellindependently and as a member of a team
Computer software skills toinclude Microsoft Office Suite
SAP software experience
Air Compressor knowledge
Formal HVAC training and universal refrigeration license
